Judges Mentorship Program – Tips for Being a Good Mentor/Mentee

Thank you to all of the judging professionals that are participating in the Mentoring Program. We appreciate your feedback and are continuing to work on how to update resources and provide more materials for you. THANK YOU to the mentors that continue to provide guidance and conversation with their mentee(s). THANK YOU to the mentees that continue to ask questions and want to improve their craft.

While the following Tip Sheet does not directly apply to the “baton twirling world,” it does provide general guidelines for being an effective mentor and mentee. We hope these tips continue to grow your partnership.
