Two Examples of 2-Baton Drills

Two of the most important skills to learn as a 2-baton athlete are strength and follow through. Using these two drills, you can help an athlete increase the strength in their arms and improve their timing for proper follow through.

    A basic skill that creates seemless connection from the BASIC to the most complex combinations in two baton…FOLLOW THROUGH IS SOOOOOOOOOO IMPORTANT for timing purposes!!! Thanks sooo much Ginette for sharing!!!…I love every technical aspect of our sport!

    Thanks for sharing these important basics that create the smoothness needed to follow through correctly!! This may be basics, but these are the building blocks for 2 baton!! As Sheri stated–FOLLOW THROUGH IS SO IMPORTANT!!!!
